Dr. Bley is known for pioneering advanced vision-correction techniques — including LASIK, SMILE, premium-lens cataract surgery, and the Light Adjustable Lens — and for a meticulous, patient-first approach that tailors every procedure to the individual.

Harvard-educated, board-certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Fong has performed more than 60,000 eye surgeries and laser procedures, including advanced LASIK, EVO ICL, and premium-lens cataract surgery. He serves as Director of both the Brooklyn Eye Surgery Center and New York Eye Surgical Center, and is a respected Key Opinion Leader and principal investigator in FDA clinical trials.
